True to style, this Pale Ale's bittering hops are perceptible enough give the beer a crisp, clean, quenching finish, yet also soft enough to keep the beer smooth and balanced. The several types of Caramel malts provide complexity, color, and a sweet backbone to support the hopping regime. The Summit hops are added in multiple additions to maximize the citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, and mandarin qualities present in this variety. Alchemy and Chinook hops are also used. The product is fermented using an American Ale type of yeast strain.
