This top fermented ale has is modeled after the English style 'Indian Pale Ale' Pearl of India is with its golden/copper coloured appearance, charactateristic bitterness and rich odour of flowers and lime fruits - the bitter pearl of the brew house. Three carefully chosen and matched sorts of hops are used in Pearl of India. The name Pearl of India referres to the style 'Indian Pale Ale' also called 'IPA'. The style was developed in the 1790's where countries like India were English colonies.
