| Brasserie Norrebro Bryghus |
| Brewed with the Danish home brewing champion. Hvedebukken is a German style weisenbock. A powerful, dark beer perfectly suited for a winter day. Based on ordinary wheat beers, taste and aroma alike are dominated by malt and yeast notes. The yeast aromas are banana and vanilla. The alcohol content of 8% is apparent through the entire taste experience. The full taste is dried fruit, raisins and figs and there is noticeable bread sweetness in the mouth feel. |
