A classic English 4,8% bitter. Light copper colour, the aroma characterised by English aroma hops and ale malt. The taste is subtle, aromatic with flower notes and a discreet malt character. A characteristic dry beer with low acidity and a distinct spiced bitterness. Brewed by our guest, the president of the English Beer Academy, George Philliskirk, naturally from Burton-on-Trent.
